Intellectual property warning

Hi all,

I got a “Notice: Policy Warning” email today, Amazon have been informed by a seller that I am selling one of their products without trademark approval( they have tacked their brandname onto a single product…not their product but they have added their brand name to the listing)…although I have no active products, can I just delete my name off the listing and beg forgiveness…or is this.more serious??

Amz have provided the sellers details and I take it I can email details of me removing my items and promising not to sell on their listing in the future

Is the above enough to keep Amz happy etc??

Or is it more serious…

All advice is appreciated

Thanakyou.

You don’t need to beg anyone for forgiveness. If you are for any reason unable to appeal Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints, then simply remove the listing from your inventory and wait for the defect to disappear from your metrics after 180 days.
