Infringement deactivation

Amazon’s bots are crazy. They’ve decided to deactivate my account due to an IP issue that I resolved over a year ago. I received the IP on March 11, 2023, and promptly resolved it on March 12, 2023. I closed the listing, removed the products, and chose not to sell that brand again. Yet, 1.5 years later, Amazon’s bot has deactivated my account citing the same IP issue.

Your listings have been removed from our site, and we are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing inauthentic; complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

If you do not appeal this decision within 90 days, we will permanently withhold any payments to you.

To appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (تسجيل الدخول إلى أمازون).

Please include the following information for each ASIN reported:

If you only close the listing, your account could still be affected by future complaints about the product, even if you have no stock. If you won’t use the listing again, it’s better to delete it to avoid this problem.
