I recently had a brand set to ‘Inactive’ by Amazon. I still have dozens of SKUs of this brand in FBA (and I don’t have to remove them for 30 days).
Some of the SKUs may sell well on eBay, and I can set them up for Multi-Channel Fulfillment (to sell on eBay and have them shipped from Amazon). However, I’m not sure if Amazon will fulfill inactive FBA inventory if the goods are sold through Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
Does anyone have experience with this?
Yeah, Amazon won’t fulfill inactive inventory, even for Multi-Channel. You’d have to make the brand active again or remove the inventory.

As long as the inventory is physically present in Amazon’s fulfillment centers and is in a fulfillable condition (i.e., not marked as unfulfillable due to damage or other issues), you should be able to create MCF orders for these items. It’s important to note that while the listings are inactive on Amazon, the inventory remains in your account and can be utilized for off-Amazon sales through MCF.
