Improve your product ratings with the new Customer Review Insights tab

Our new Customer Review Insights tool analyses reviews to help you launch highly rated products and improve ratings, sales and customer satisfaction.

As part of the Product Opportunity Explorer tool, the Customer Review Insights tab allows you to understand customer review trends in the following ways:

  • Positive and negative review snippets: Identify which product features customers like, dislike or feel are missing, by analysing customer review snippets sorted by how often the features are mentioned.
  • Impact of product features on ratings: Find out how much each product feature impacts its overall star rating, either positively or negatively.
  • Benchmarking and improvement opportunities: Compare customer feedback and feature satisfaction for your products, including bestsellers.

To use the tool, go to Product Opportunity Explorer

You can also follow these steps to access the Customer Review Insights tool:

  1. Sign in to your Seller Central account.
  2. From the Growth drop-down menu, select Product Opportunity Explorer.
  3. To search for a product, type the keyword next to Search by keyword or ASIN, and select the relevant product or category.
  4. Go to the Customer Review Insights tool.
