The introduction of a closing fee of 375 JPY per unit, in addition to the standard Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fulfillment fees and monthly storage fees, for frozen food products, was originally announced on September 7, 2023, to be effective from November 6, 2023. On February 7, 2024, (subject [Important] Postponement of FBA closing fee for Frozen products), we announced the delay in the implementation of the 375 JPY per unit FBA closing fee for all frozen food products sold via FBA.
We now inform you that this FBA closing fee will be applied to all frozen units shipped from FBA starting August 26, 2024. Standard FBA fees, such as fulfillment, monthly storage, and removal order fees, will continue to apply to frozen food products.
