Image update error on product listing

Image update error.

Trying to update two images on my listing and getting an error as follows / attached:

“An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time.2024-11-07T07:50:10.686Z T9ASCWBPS8T66Q5TG9WZ
-Amazon encountered an issue during processing.”

Contacted SS who typically are just cut and pasting guidelines about product main image meeting their


guidelines (I’m sure the error isn’t to do with images not meeting guidelines as it is appearing straight away and I am not trying to even update the existing main image).

I’ve tried yesterday, left 24 hours, today still the same. Any ideas?

Also tried on different browser with freshly cleaned cache, no joy.

I have been seeing errors like this for the past few days when using most Seller Central tools. I think it is related to them launching a new version of interface design.

I am having a difficulty viewing my inventory, creating shipments or switching between international marketplaces.

Try again later or try using the Amazon Seller app.

Hmmm thanks Kika. I actually tried with a different asin and that worked so seems its asin specific.

Have you tried removing the ASIN and relisting it?

No, how do you do that? Delete my listing then create a new listing on the asin?

Sounds a bit of a scary thing to do with it being my best seller so might just live with it for now!

Just delete it from your inventory and then list the same ASIN using the “Add a product” interface.

You can even try this without deleting the current SKU. Just add the product again, with a new SKU and try it.
