Does anyone know if I need to use Amazon’s legal teams that they refer, or can I use others that aren’t referred?

In order to create a brand, you need to submit your trademark application serial number. Then we can create the brand in Brand Registry and sell on Amazon prior to the logo being trademarked.

So the question is do I need to use their legal partners, or do I just need the application serial number from any legal team doing the logo trademark?

thank you for joining the forum. Yes, you can use any means of registering a trademark. Once you have a pending trademark registration, then you can enroll into Amazon Brand Registry.

However, please note that most privileges will be obtained after successful registration.
