I'm struggling to scale my Amazon sales

Hi,

I’ve tried hiring different VAs to generate leads, but there’s been no increase in sales. The only time sales were consistent was when I was personally handling everything: prepping, lead generation, and packaging. However, since I started using VAs and prep centers, my sales have gone from bad to worse.

I’m currently only working in the UK marketplace, but I’m considering leaving the UK market and trying the US marketplace instead.

Any guidance on what I might be doing wrong or what steps I should take would be highly appreciated.

If you want to do OA successfully in USA, so try to make fast selling leads data, take a look on competition and it’s decreasing a lot times consistently, try to learn sales cycles about different retail websites ounce you will know that thing you will start getting results but yeah it will take a lot of time.

When you are hiring VAs, are you showing them how the work should be done or you rely on their knowledge only?

UK is a bit tough market and recent update of VAT has also affected a lot, Market will make a correction but will take a good time till then you can try US market.

I think you should take back full control, especially since everything was going well when you were running the business yourself. In my experience, no one will manage your business as effectively as you can. Once things are back on track, you could consider outsourcing services again. By the way, what ROI are you currently seeing on your leads?

You should consider Amazon PL in USA marketplace, it has more potential than WS.

Showing them the criteria and examples of leads, and the VA agreeing on it.

I was sourcing by myself and physically visiting every wholesale warehouse and retailer. The only reason I outsourced was a lack of time due to my full-time job.

Is that everything? If so, it’s not enough. The VAs need clear guidance.

OA and wholesale are good options. If you’re not getting sales with your VA, it might be because you chose the wrong person.

I’m interested in this question. For my knowledge is line to know what the acronyms used mean. What is VA? OA?

Ive been looking into using aamz services provider to help improve my dwindling sales(I’m only selling my own products and seller fulfilling) . But reading a recent review of one (ares projects) I get the impression that they don’t really do a great deal for the large fee they charge, other than creating a strategy to improve listings and creating new product images and videos. All useful in sure , but I could do that myself and for a lot cheaper (like the op), given the time and effort.

Anyone have any experience of service providers like this? Not that I’ve got the equity to spend $3000—5000 on such a thing haha

These are very frequently used acronyms.

OA - online arbitrage
RA - retail arbitrage
WS - wholesale
VA - virtual assistant

I prefer to use full terms anyway.
