You must have LLC to get started with wholesale.
Some suppliers and distributors are providing labeling and otHer services many are not. That is why you need to send your inventory first to the prep center.
Initially i would suggest you to run your bisiness through Distributors but your main goal should be hunting big brands. 1 brand approval and your business would be on fire.
Meanwhile also consider working on Tiktok shop its an emerging market and really a profitable business. If you need any guidance related to TTS to let me know i would be happy to assisst you .
I have been asked to provide an LLC or Vendor License during applications so it definitely doesn’t hurt.
Keepa is a must in my opinion.
We used jungle scout for research on private label and it worked well but we don’t use it in daily operations.
Using seller Amp and keepa works fine for OA sourcing. One thing that’s crucial is keep grinding
