For some reason one variation does not have the featured offer and therefore not easily buyable for customers. Any ideas how to fix this?
I’ve contacted Amazon Support who are not particularly helpful. This item is priced the same as competitor products and my own products on this variation type.
Am I going to need to drop the price to try and get the featured offer?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Do you have a higher price somewhere else (website, or other marketplace?
Is the stock very low (that could be a reason)?
Is the shipping time quite long (that could be another reason)?
Is someone else winning the buy box?
Was there a neg feedback or complaint from the customer about this ASIN?
Usually it’s stock, FBA vs FBM or a missing image or attribute on that variation killing the Featured Offer, not just price.
Check stock/fulfillment/condition first, match the winning variation exactly, and only drop price $0.01 if that doesn’t work.
