Hi everyone!
Every time I create a shipment plan, the workflow jumps directly from Step 1 (Confirm Inventory) to Step 3 (Print Box Labels) completely skipping Step 2. Because of this, I never get the option to print my box labels.
This is happening with ALL 5 of my SKUs, and I’m shipping from different locations. I’ve tried creating the shipment plan 4-5 times but the same thing keeps happening every single time.
Has anyone else experienced this? What fixed it for you?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
