If so, what are some of the questions that I should ask to ensure that a VA is useful?

Looking at scaling everything up. I’m currently sourcing maybe 4/5 good products a day via OA, working with two wholesalers for products that combined have in excess of 2000 sales a month. Dropped back on the RA aspect due to me spending the majority of my time doing OA. Would it be time for me to invest in a VA?

Also do VA’s get paid per product they find or is it a simple lump sum no matter what the results are?

Thanks in advance

Hiring a VA can be beneficial for scaling your business. Ask about their experience, availability, and pricing structure. VA’s are typically paid based on an hourly rate or a fixed monthly fee.

Definitely, you should invest in VA. That would be a good option to save your time plus grow your business.

You can work on both models either a per month pay or per product pay.

You should test his knowledge, skills, information and concepts before hiring. Try to confuse him with every single possible angle.

To ensure a VA is useful, ask about their experience, availability, and how they will report progress. VA pay structure varies; you can choose to pay per hour, per task, or per project based on your needs and agreement with the VA. Hiring one could help with your growing business, but it depends on your budget and workload.

Do you think you would see better results with commission based products finds?

Yes, I believe commission-based products can lead to better results but I didn’t try this, but it’s important to choose products that are authentic and have the potential to be profitable.
