If I cancel this order, will it negatively impact my account health?

I just received an order for one of my products, listed as generic a few days ago. The order is from Italy, but the stock is in the UK.

Amazon is charging a £19 shipping fee, which is more than the product cost, even though I didn’t list this product in other markets.

Is it an FBM order? Try sending it with Royal Mail’s cheapest option. It’s not mandatory to use Amazon’s offers, just compare to find the most affordable method. Keep in mind that a £19 loss is manageable in the business. If your account can’t handle the defect impact, it’s better to send the order. Canceling as suggested above could still lead to negative feedback from the customer, which means another defect that will last for 90 days. Also, turn off your European marketplaces to stop receiving additional orders.

You can cancel the order, will only effect that particular market not UK.

Confirm the order, then cancel, then refund.

If you cancel the order, it could negatively impact your account health, so try to encourage the buyer to send a cancellation request instead. If you haven’t listed the item on other marketplaces, please check how the order was received. It’s possible you may be enrolled in the Global Shipping Program. If you are enrolled in the Global Shipping Program, the buyer would have paid for the shipping. Please double-check all details.
