My package arrived at the Amazon warehouse more than a week ago. The status is active, but the available quantity is 0. Why is this?
If your package arrived at the Amazon warehouse more than a week ago and the status is showing as active but with zero available quantity, it usually means your inventory is still in the “receiving” or “processing” phase internally. Amazon often needs extra time to fully check in and stow items, especially if the warehouse is busy, there are multiple fulfillment centers involved, or if your shipment was marked as split shipments. Sometimes it also happens if there’s a slight discrepancy or extra verification needed with your inbound shipment. You can check the “Inbound Performance” or “Shipment Receiving” report in Seller Central to see if items are showing as “Receiving,” “Processing,” or if there are any problems. If after 14 days the inventory still isn’t available, it’s a good idea to open a case with Seller Support under “FBA Shipment Issues” and request an investigation.
If your shipment is marked as active but shows zero units in available inventory, it may have been received by Amazon but is still undergoing the check-in process due to fulfillment center delays. Contact Seller Support if it takes more than seven days.
Thank you!
