As far as I know, these are illegal now in the UK, but it’s not a category I’ve ever looked into, so I can’t really advise. What research have you done?

Amazon also requires your products to be listed under the correct category and may ask for compliance documentation such as MHRA approval, safety data sheets, and product images with appropriate health warnings. It’s strongly recommended to consult a compliance expert or solicitor experienced in vape product regulation to ensure all documentation and packaging requirements are met before listing.

Amazon support indicated that you can sell, but only when your account is eligible. My account is eligible, but I want to know if there is any government documentation regarding this category, as my supplier is also providing a Letter of Authorization.
