I received a sudden notification from Amazon regarding a gating issue for the brand

The listings were previously available for me to sell directly through my account. I ordered bulk units, successfully sold many, and have even reordered inventory that is currently in transit. However, today I was unexpectedly notified that I need to submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA), and my account has now been gated for this brand.

All brand listings are still active for now, but they may be removed at any moment. I already submitted two valid invoices and an LOA from my supplier, along with a link to official website showing that my supplier is listed as an authorized distributor. Despite all of this, my documents have been rejected multiple times today.

This is my first time facing such an issue, and I’m not sure what steps to take next. If anyone has experienced a similar situation, I would truly appreciate your advice or guidance on how to resolve this. Who can I contact, and what is the best way to get this resolved with Amazon?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Where do you see the LOA part? It says that you were inactive for 90 days.

Amazon can retroactively gate categories or brands and request new documentation at any time. Since your LOA and invoices have been rejected, the most effective next step is to escalate the case through a detailed appeal via Seller Central, include your supplier’s name, their authorization status on the brand’s official site, shipment tracking to prove goods in transit, and a clear explanation that you’ve been a compliant seller for this brand.

Also, open a new case via “Other Issues” and request a Category Manager or Account Health Specialist review, referencing your previous case IDs. Persistence, detail, and professional tone are key, many sellers report success only after multiple re-submissions or getting routed to the right internal team.

I think they are sending this to everyone. I got this for a brand I am not even selling.

Ask your supplier for a copy of their invoices from the manufacturer. This has worked for me in the past, although some suppliers aren’t comfortable sharing them. Just explain the situation & beg if necessary.

Supply chain means they want to know legitimacy of items we have to prove them item were purchased from legitimate sources. If it means something else, please let me know.

And I am selling actively on Amazon from April almost 3 months and they are saying I was inactive from 3 months bullshit.

Ok, thanks let’s see.

They clearly state the issue, there’s no mention about supplying them with any documents, just get active again. Contact seller support and ask for clarification regarding your business, not being active ".
