Now they are approving with a different name
What should I do?
If Amazon is saying the brand name is already trademarked, even if the trademark is expired, it usually means the name is still blocked in Amazon’s system or already linked to another seller, old brand record, or existing catalog data.
If they are only approving you under a different name, it is usually safer to avoid ordering stock with the disputed brand name until this is fully clarified, because you could have problems with listings, brand approval, or brand registry later.
I would first check whether you can sell the product unbranded or under a new brand name, or ask Amazon to confirm in writing which exact brand name they will allow on the listing before you proceed.
