I need some expert advice from seniors here regarding a complicated Payoneer issue

Here is my situation:
*Main Account (May 2023). I created a Payoneer account using my brother’s details (CNIC, name, etc.). And verified on documents verification.This account is clean, and we have never made any transactions on it.

  • The Duplicate Profile (May 2024):My brothers mentor accidentally created another Payoneer account using my brother’s exact same CNIC details/name, but used my brother’s primary email address. This 2024 application was fully submitted but has been stuck “In Review” ever since and was never approved.and never logged in.
    *The Current Issue:Now, my main 2023 account is asking for “Visual identity verification” and a “Photo with today’s date” in the Verification Center.
    What is the safest way to handle this? Should we contact support from the 2023 account to delete/cancel the stuck 2024 application before submitting any documents? Any guidance from someone who has faced this would be highly appreciated.

If the problem is with receiving Amazon disbursements, make sure the legal name, business name, and address on your Amazon account match your Payoneer account exactly, as even small mismatches can cause verification or payout problems.
