I need recommendations from anyone who has received reimbursement from Amazon

Hey everyone,

I shipped 20 units to Amazon on June 12, but today Amazon has closed the shipment and it only shows they have received 6 units. My 14 units are missing.

Amazon requires me to upload an inventory ownership invoice. I purchased the items from a brand, and the invoice includes my company name and the brand company name and contact information, but neither address is mentioned.

Should I upload that invoice as is, or ask my supplier to include my company address on it?

I would really appreciate everyone’s suggestions.

Add as much details as you can.

Every invoice should have your billing address on it , if not then that is a big no no …

So just get a proper invoice from your supplier and reconcile the shipment … If you have an order confirmation, that would work too.

As already stated, you need your address on it.

Get them to re-issue it.

Thanks. I will ask my supplier for that, do you have any idea or experience of success ratio in reimbursements when everything is genuine, invoice etc, and how much time does amazon take it to pay us?

Yeah, they usually always reimburse it, if you have an invoice and proof of delivery.

The bigger your account they kinder they are to you.

If they reject it, then you can reply saying please escalate to manager and reattach the documents.
