My product is oral gel herbal supplément, you can find it under ASIN B09C6LJ6BS.
My product is not kamagra and don’t violate Adult products policies & guidelines.

I check myself all policies and guidelines every week to be in accordance with Amazon policies for all european markets.

I listed asin B0CGVV2RL7 on month ago because product was oral gel supplément.
When i see that listing has been changed and pictures wasn’t show the good products i immediately delete this listing from my store as you can see.
There was only one item sold with this asin and when i listed this item description and pictures were in accordance with my product which is not kamagra.

My account health is good and i don’t have violations on my dashboard, i am very carefull with that in order to provide the best products and best expérience to Amazon customers.

I am a principal of this store and I am writing this appeal for remove this violation from our account
health dashboard.

Note: I acknowledge my mistake and apologize for this issue. I have deleted this product from my catalog
and in the future will not relist this product.
The Root cause of the problems

  1. Amazon removed our listing due to restricted product policy violations.
  2. I was selling the product in the health and personal care category before listing this product I did
    not get any warning from Amazon regarding the restricted product policy so that is why I listed
    this product. Before listing these products I did not read amazon restricted product policy
  3. As a new seller, due to a lack of knowledge and lack of proper research about the restricted
    product we listed this item, our team was untrained, so that’s why this mistake occurred on our
    side. We listed this product because I understood that this helmet protects the brain but I was
    unaware that they cause claims regarding concussions
  4. My product did not obey Amazon’s applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon policy, so that’s
    why the product was restricted. Some prohibited claims were present on the product detail page,
    including in images. I was unaware of the CPSIA labeling rules.
  5. I acknowledge my mistake because I failed to manage my account, especially selling and Listing
    such products which were restricted products. I take full responsibility for this mistake. I did take
    all corrective steps to ensure no future issues. Please review my appeal and give me one chance to
    work to comply with Amazon’s policy as we have learned and understand the policy.

     We will have a double-check feature with a second employee to verify the products are
    compliant.
     We have carefully read and reviewed Amazon’s restricted products, examples of prohibited
    listings, and Categories requiring approval.
     We will abide by Amazon’s Restricted Product Policies.
     We will take the following preventative steps on the products that we sell and have listed to
    assure they are and stay compliant. We will check weekly for any policy changes that may have
    been implemented by Amazon, and take any necessary action within 24 hours.
     We will contact selling partner support pertaining to products for additional information if
    needed.
    When we are listing a product on Amazon we will take the following steps:
     Verify that it complies with Amazon’s policies (IE Restricted Products and Categories requiring
    approval)
     Before listing a product first of all I check the restriction-free process on US customs and border
    protection.
     Verify that it complies with all local, state, and federal laws (IE EPA, NHTSA, Clean Air Act, )
     Verify with the manufacturer of the product that it complies with the laws and regulations
     Verify with selling partner support with any questions prior to listing new products if applicable.

thank you for joining the forum to share your issue. I have reviewed everything what you posted above and it appears like you originally received a high impact policy violation, which alone is very serious. You ignored the violation without taking any action and at the same time, you continued selling virtually identical products.

This means that in Amazon’s view, you are someone who repeatedly violates policies, who doesn’t remedy issues or take corrective actions and will continue violating policies in the future.

In order to get your Seller Account reinstated, you will need to remove any similar listings that fall into the same category of products, you will also need to address why did you disregard the original warning and how you will prevent this from happening again.

Youre right about this issue, this is friends account she has zero knowledge about this stuff, so she told me to get it reinstated, if i have knew it earlier i would ve handled it differently.
Plus, i have tried different plan of actions and i have been failing at it.
Could you please gather some time out of your busy time, and help me reinstate this account? As i know only person is you that can help me and fix this issue.

Did your friend delete all of the items subject to policy violation from her inventory? Because even the best Plan of Action will get rejected if there are still such products present.

Oral gels, pharmatical products and similar are not recommended for a newbie. This should also be addressed in a Plan of Action, that your friend will choose an easier category of products.

We are writing in response to a notification regarding the listing product that violate Amazon’s adult product policy.

We had appealed it,however our all appears were denied, so now we are appealing it with our new plan of action on the issue.

My item has been identified as a kamagra product, which is not allowed for sale on Amazon.

I had listed products as I was not aware that my item have kamagra in it which id prohibited from listing or sales on Amazon.nl

Before selling the product, I asked my team mate whether we can sell this product on Amazon or not and he told me that yes we can sell this product. So I procured the inventory. However after few days we received the notification that the listings have been removed. I thought no action is needed from my end as the ASIN has been removed by Amazon.

I apologize for the inconvenience that has caused to Amazon due to that. Also I have seen that many similar products were being sold on Amazon so I was unable to determine whether the product is restricted on Amazon or not.

The root cause was that before listing the product I have not checked the Adult/Restricted Product help page. I should have checked the help page and ensure that the product I was selling did not violate any law or Amazon policy. Now I am aware about this.

I am accepting that it was my mistake. I have made a plan of action to avoid such things in future and I really want to continue selling on Amazon.

Going further whenever we receive any violation on account health page, we will immediately appeal it, earlier we thought that Amazon have taken the action, so we do not have to appeal it.

Now I am more aware, regarding selling such products. I am a responsible citizen. I will always be updated on regular basis on the Laws, rules and regulation/policies on prohibited product selling, as I know the laws are subject to change, they keep changing as per time and society’s requirements.

So, you listed an oral gel a month ago after already having the same product repeatedly removed in August and October as prohibited items? What were you expecting to happen since you kept listing these products again without appealing the complaints?

When Amazon removes a listing, it is never completely deleted, just made Inactive. You still need to find the listings and remove them from your inventory.

Are there any other oral gels within your listings? If yes, you need to delete them.

So, I have gone through your appeal once again and the Plan of Action still doesn’t address the fact that you repeatedly listed the same products after getting them removed. This appeal wouldn’t be bad if you were appealing a first instance of this happening.

However, now you are in a situation where you were already told that you cannot sell the product and kept listing them anyway, this is why you need to address this in your Plan of Action.
