I’m verified in the USA and Mexico with my passport, but not yet verified in my own country, Canada. I’ve reached out five times, and they keep giving me the same scripted response: “wait 7–10 business days.” It’s been six weeks now.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I keep telling them I’m unable to upload my documents.
