I have been rejected by Amazon 6 times because of identity verification

I have been rejected by Amazon 6 times because of identity verification. I registered an account based on my LLC information in the US. I don’t know what documents I provided wrong because all the information I filled out correctly during the registration process, but I have a question that I registered an LLC account but amz did not ask me to provide any documents related to the LLC and when verifying my identity amz only asked for a national ID and a bank statement. can anyone help me with this i am really stuck. Thank you.

Can you send me the last reply email from Amazon?

Hello @QuangPham,

thank you for joining the forum and welcome

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Identity Verification was rejected. Unfortunately, Amazon in the United States is very well known for strictly rejecting registrations from non-US sellers with virtual companies. You should have signed up using a local company from your own country. This would guarantee you success.

Amazon sees virtual LLCs which appear to be only setup to sell on Amazon and otherwise have no established business activity as shady.

Here you can watch my informative video on this subject: https://youtu.be/e75agocbE-M

I only received this one rejection email. All the documents I provided to Amazon were correct but I don’t understand why the identity verification department rejected me 6 times and said that the identity could not be verified.

So what do you think I should do now?

Update the registration details to a local business from your own country.

I don’t have a local business. It’s awkward.

You will need to setup one. Surely, it would be easier for you to setup a business in your own country than in the US. A virtual company is not trustworthy in Amazon’s eyes.

thank you. I am really stuck

In your case, you have been rejected by Amazon. You need to find a professional service agency to solve this problem, which will take a long time.

thank you. I really don’t know why because all the information I provided was correct. I don’t know if Amazon thinks my LLC is not trustworthy enough to reject me like that.

They will approve a LLC. But only with a real address and if you are US based.

It has always been the case that Amazon in the United States rejected registrations from non-US sellers with virtual companies that have no other presence and appear to be only setup to sell on Amazon.

They expect that every seller will sign up using a local company, because this means that they have some responsibilities in their own country. If you have a virtual company in a different country, it indicates you don’t want trouble and potential consequences wherever you live, if something goes wrong.
