I have a question about Amazon Seller

Hello everyone,

I opened a Professional Seller account in the US, but I never listed or sold any products and never used any of the account features.

After a while, the credit card on file expired because it had to be replaced after being lost, so Amazon could no longer charge the monthly subscription fee.

My account was eventually suspended.

My question is:

If I add a new credit card now, will Amazon charge all the unpaid monthly subscription fees that accumulated after the card stopped working, or only the fees up until the account was suspended?

Since I never used the account to sell anything or access any Professional Seller features, I’m trying to understand what I should expect before updating my payment method.

Has anyone been through this situation? What happened in your case?

Thank you!

If you never sold anything, Amazon will not charge you outstanding fee. If you sold even one unit, Amazon will charge every outstanding penny.
