I got Product Condition Complaint - Wrong Product violation

I have submitted brand invoice but still its not working. The reason is that the invoice has parent brand name while amazon is looking for child brand name on the invoice.

My listing is inactive and I have already applied thrice.

Should i keep on submitting the voice like the ungatting process?

How did you get the Invoice?

Sorry, but if the brand on the invoice doesn’t match the one on Amazon listing, then I don’t think this would work. Just delete and move on.
