Are you vat registered in France?
Not vat registered.
Then you will have be vat registered if you want it delivered to another prep center in France.
If you need a prep center in Czech Republic then let me know .You will have to be vat registered in Czech Republic then ship to Cz then to the Uk. ( they already do this ).
