Senility strikes once again. It’s been several years since I last had these problems and I can’t remember how to fix it. So I turn to the experts for assistance. This is a USPS issue.
Yesterday I received an order for a book and tried printing a label. Label would not print so I made things worse, but manually creating a label which I was given a tracking number, but again it would not print. So somewhere in the system, I have two labels which I am unable to print or get me funded. Please help. I have gotten how to do these basic routines to print and reprint labels. I also forgot how to request refunds for unusual labels.
Please help this senile old man get this order out and get my account straightened out.
Thank you.
Go to your Amazon Seller Central orders page, find the order, and click “Buy shipping” again. If the label was purchased, it may give you the option to reprint it (look for a “Reprint” button near the tracking number).
If the reprint option isn’t there or it still doesn’t work, go to “Manage Orders” > “Shipping Queue” and look under “Buy Shipping” to find the label. You might also see it under Reports > Fulfillment > Shipping Label Reports.
For label refunds, go to Orders > Manage Orders, locate the one with the faulty label, and click “Refund Label”(usually available within 10–14 days of purchase, but request ASAP).
If all else fails or the system is misbehaving, open a case in Seller Central Help under “Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) > Buy Shipping” and explain the label won’t print but you were charged.
