I was selling on Handmade with no problems until Amazon froze my account because I didn’t have a credit card. Amazon have always paid straight into my bank account but now they refuse to do this and are holding payments back. Is anyone else having this problem ? All suggestions will be gratefully received.
Having a valid credit/debit card on file is one of the requirements of having a seller account on Amazon.
You should immediately update your charge method so your account can return into a good status again. I’m sure you will then receive your payments without any issues.
