I cant login into my amazon pay account

I have being making consistent sales through my website via amazon pay (this is the only payment gateway i have at the moment) after the 3 days of accepting payment through my website, i suddenly cannot login into my account, i attempt to do so, i get the error message

I have about £1600 that was supposed to be payed out today, but i cant login to my account to request the payout, what is going on here ???

I did not even receive any email what so ever, so am really confused to be honest
