I am opening a USA Amazon account for a friend

He lives in Vriginia where there is 16% Annual states tax.

Here are the questions

1 - Is the tax the income tax going to be more as he also has his job there and will this effect him more?

2 - Can we use his Virginia Residential address in the Amazon’s Residential address and Using another state’s address like an Address from Texas or any other state where there is no state tax?

Not sure about Virginia …every state has different regulations. Best to speak to an accountant.

Where are you getting your 16% tax rate?

Questions don’t make any sense. VA sales tax is not annual but per retail item purchased.
