Hello!
Do I need to send passport and utility bills to my client to get access?
I don’t have utility bills at my name, can I use bank statement instead? Or the bills at my parents name will work?

For standard child or user access to European Seller Central, you do not need to send your passport or utility bills to your client at all, because Amazon does not require identity verification documents for secondary user access and only verifies documents for the legal entity, account owner, or beneficial owners.
Your client simply needs to invite you as a user from Seller Central and assign the appropriate permissions, and you log in with your own Amazon credentials without any KYC on your side. Passport, utility bills, or bank statements are only requested if Amazon is verifying ownership, legal representation, or control of the account, which is a completely different process.
Bills in your parents’ name are not acceptable for KYC anyway, and a bank statement would only be relevant if Amazon explicitly requested proof of address for you personally, which does not apply to normal child access on Amazon.
