I am having trouble regaining access to my USA marketplace

Hi all!

Long story short, I never started selling, I only created an Amazon seller central account and opened an LLC just to have to dissolve the LLC and close the Amazon account right after opening it due to severe health complications. (I should have just left it be)…

I am ready to hit the ground running, I have my product, I have my samples, etc. But now I don’t have access to the United States marketplace place. I have been in contact contact with Amazon UK support (Going on 3 weeks now with no clear route or support) and they keep telling me to contact US support but there is no way for me to even get into my US account to do that! (See attached for what it shows when I login, I have to pick a country, I just keep picking UK)

I have even contacted the regular support on amazon.com as UK support told me to do and I was told somebody would call me and that never happened. They even told me to just create a new account but I explained to them that goes against amazons policies (having more then one seller account under the same name and number most likely wont get approved) and they didnt even acknowledge their own policy. I want to keep my account and simply add USA marketplace back. Has anyone had this issue before and know a good solution?

Call Amazon buyer customer service. They will let you complete identity verification to regain the access.
