I am having some issues with reviews

Hi,

I am a new seller. 6 out of 26 vine reviews are missing. Also, I am getting few 1 star reviews without written comments.

So, I have no idea about the reasons all my vine reviews got 5 star except 1 review which is three star. I am concerned about 1 star because my product is out of stock for a week and placement took another two weeks. During this period, Amazon sold around 45 units. They dispatched two weeks later.

Meanwhile, I got a message from the buyer that don’t buy from this seller, product hasn’t received. Amazon mentioned that they will take care of this because I am doing FBA. I am not sure whether I got those 1 star due to delivery delay or I am getting Amazon choice batch during these periods. 7 out of 30 reviews is without written comments. All of them 1 or 2 stars. How can I deal with this.

It’s possible the 1-star reviews are related to delivery delays, especially since the product was temporarily out of stock and shipments were delayed, but you can’t know for certain without checking the individual orders and review timing. For FBA orders, Amazon generally handles fulfillment, so I’d recommend contacting Seller Support and asking them to investigate reviews that may be related to fulfillment issues. Also, keep monitoring the missing Vine reviews, as Vine reviews can take time to appear or may not all be submitted.
