I am changing my account from being a limited company to now just operating as a sole trader

Hi all,

quick question please.

My first question is, do I select ‘sole proprietor’ or ‘none, I am an individual’?

My second question is, if your answer is ‘sole proprietor’ it asks me to confirmed my company legal business name, but I don’t own a business, I am doing this as a sole trader?

Sole proprietor. Legal name is your name. This does not change your amazon trading display name.

If you are vat registered the legal name must match the name given on the govt vat number check website as amazon will use this to confirm details.
