Hyperwallet problem

I like to add Hyperwallet for germany. payment transfer to my account, this is my first time, i go on link found by Amazon on deposit page, and I created Hyper wallet account as an individual, and return back to amazon website, but it needs Hyperwallet business account, so i requested to Hyperwallet support they suggest me to close individual account I agreed but when then deleted my account the email associated with amazon and hyper wallet is delete from Hyper wallet database and now it can’t assessing more but I need an account associated with the same email, what can i do?

Also when i click" hyperwallet account create" in Amazon i am receiving below message

“Unable to locate your account. Please check your Login ID and Password and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Amazon Seller Support”
