I sent in a shipment, and somehow, the shipment received has 6 extra units. I sent these units as part of the entire shipment, so I must have forgotten to add them to the shipment plan, though labels were printed. In these instances, would you just request a removal?
The extra units are in my unfulfillable inventory, and they appear as a bundle of 6, while the listing is only for a single unit. Would Amazon fix this and add it to the inventory if it has the labels on it?
Please share if you have had a similar experience.
I think you might have to create a removal order, but before that, open a case and see if they can sort it out for you, although I do not have much hope.
I’ve opened a case but since my shipment hasn’t closed yet, I have to wait. They got it wrong, the asins were single packed with labels and I always pack with my shipment plan in front of me. Most likely end up creating a removal order.
Yes, my experience with any queries raised with Amazon is never fruitful. It is very rare to have anything resolved in my favor. They really are energy suckers, leaving you feeling pointless for even reaching out. Anyone who actually has a better response rate from Amazon… please share your secret.
Everyone faces the same situation with Amazon Seller Support, BUT one thing that can really help is contacting them via phone call and speaking to one of the representatives. This method is much better than contacting them by email.
