How would you handle messages from a competitor?

We received this message on Amazon from a seller who also does fake orders, and all our products are pending.

So how to deal with them?

So my take is: reply saying you are sorry will sell out fast benefitting their bsr and listing get off and never come back. Deep apologies. This may get you a bit of time. Than move fast: sell out as fast as you can and report to Amazon. My question is: do you want to deal with this people? Or do you want to use your energy in finding a better product

Pretty sure that’s illegal and that’s in written notice.

Id send it to the MD and reply to them saying I will be contacting my lawyers due to the threat of you committing fraud against your business.

The first question is are you selling the identical brand as that seller? Is it “Adoccur” brand?

Not, “is it the same product”. Is it the same brand as shown on the listing?

Very good of them to send you a warning. You can see the brand on the listing and massive seller drops. Obvious signs not to sell on the listing.

May I ask what this means?

Most arbitrage sellers use SellerAmp or Keepa graphs, which can show you a sudden drop in seller count. This usually indicates infringement complaints which caused the other sellers to get removed.

Some sellers will send you a warning prior to making complaints. It’s 100% most reasonable to leave the listing, or otherwise you are risking your account. It’s not worth it.

It sounds like both sides are at fault here. If this message came through Amazon’s buyer-seller messaging then that should be reported. Sellers are not allowed to send messages to other sellers through Amazon buyer-seller message service.

The OP’s fault is for selling on a listing the brand sells on. It doesn’t matter if the brand only has 10 reviews. This also is not a generic listing. The brand has every right to kick other sellers off the listing and IP complain.

Lastly, don’t give out an asin you are selling on publicly as it exposes your storefront.

I would stay away, it smells big headache
