I received this performance notification today in which a customer complained about “Performance or quality not adequate” with issue summary “Make sure your product page accurately represents the features of your product. Clearly describe details about the product’s material, quality, capacity, and limitations.”.
Does this mean that the product description does not reflect the actual product performance?
Check the listing and the product. looking at it from the customer’s point of view and make sure everything is correct and clear. Make corrections to the listing if necessary and possible.
Then ignore the issue summary. Probably just random reasons that the customers chose when returning the products.
The product packaging has changed. I am selling product with old packaging but it states in the product page about the packaging that “As this is a product is in progress of renewal, the design of the delivered product may vary depending on the time of the order”
Are you sure 100% that you are selling exactly the same advertised product ? If yes, then you need to optimize your product page. Add better images, description, videos and A+ content that is highly engaging. Also try optimizing title.
