Prepare all documents below, so that you have them physically available before undergoing verification call:

1. Business documents (LLC documents)

2. ID proof (Passport or driving license)

3. Bank statement (both Deposit and charge method), statements must be stamped.

4. Invoices and Letter of Authorization.

5. Order receipts

6. Get bank account statements and mark all transactions on them showing payments for ordering specific ASINs.

7. Conversations with your supplier, create pdfs and print them.

8. Create a word document, add supplier information and add tracking IDs. And print that documents.

Will Amazon reactivate our account after this verification call?

This is basically a verification appeal to determine whether Amazon released any funds to you. To get your account reinstated, you would need to follow instructions received in any previous communications.
