How to Handle Large Items for Amazon FBA

We sell many products that require multiple packages. Our products are too large or heavy to fit into a single box, so some items need two boxes or packages to fulfill one ASIN.

I could be wrong but it is not possible to send ASINs to Amazon FCs which are packed in more than 1 box. You need to find a box that can fit all the contents.

It could be possible to strap the boxes together to make a set. In that case, you would need to add a label to the unit that clearly states that the products are to be received and sold as a single unit. For example, “Sold as set,” “Ready to ship,” or “This is a set. Do not separate.”

You should check the requirements on Amazon to perap this item (Item name). You can ask your suppliers what are the common ways to pack them for Amazon FBA! There are two ways to pack them whatever is the size of the product you pack them in a box carton and plastic bubble wrap them.

Create a shipment plan in Seller Central and choose “More than one box.” Enter each box’s weight and dimensions, then label each with FBA and shipment labels. Amazon will then process the boxes together to fulfill the single ASIN accurately.

Are they two large cartons or smaller boxes? If you could provide a bit more detail, that would be helpful. Otherwise, you can send them on a pallet. But if one ASIN comes in two boxes, you’ll need to package those two boxes together, and then the item label will go on the combined box.

Thank you everyone. Yes that is the issue. 1 ASIN cannot be packaged together. I was wondering if anyone had experience.

However, if we use the Quantity of Items variant. Could this work?

No. There is no solution other than packaging them together.
