I am sending my first large shipment to Amazon while making the shipment plan I received this error. Yes, all the box sizes are more than 50lbs and my prep center is suggesting to palletize these items.
Please guide.
Find and read the Packing and Prep Requirements using the searchbox at the top of SC. Briefly explained: boxes must not exceed 50lbs and no side longer than 25 inches. Items that exceed these need to be shipped individually.

Boxes on a pallet cannot exceed 50 pounds also unless an individual single items weighs more than 50 pounds.
Doesn’t your prep center create the shipping plans?
