Hi, our accountant is preparing our Corporation tax return for 2024-2025 and has requested from us the following:
“What is the value of debtors at 31 Aug 2025? l.e. money held by Amazon for sales made but not yet paid out to you”
Does anyone know where to get this figure?
I have seen this asked a few times but no clear answer. Any help appreciated. Thanks
The easiest way to find the amount Amazon owed you on a particular date is usually through the Payments section in Seller Central, specifically by using the Date Range Reports or Settlement Reports.
The Date Range Transaction and Summary reports allow you to generate a custom report for any exact date range and see all transactions, fees, reserves, payouts, and balances associated with that period. Amazon’s settlement reports also show beginning balance, orders, refunds, fees, reserves, and the final amount transferred during each settlement cycle.
In practice, most sellers use the Payments → Reports Repository → Date Range Report workflow when they need to calculate exactly how much Amazon owed them on a specific date, because it provides much more detail than the standard dashboard view.
If you need the actual payout amount sent to your bank, then the All Statements or Settlement Reports section is usually the best place to check.
