How to convince Amazon for future invoice/Suppler

Hello to All!

My account was deactivated due to product authenticity, I provide the invoices to Amazon but Amazon reject my invoices. I also go with multiple POA but didn’t work. I even call to Amazon they ask they have not able to verify the supplier. Then I read Miss Kika post about future invoice/Supplier method. I draft a POA and even open a case for future invoice/Supplier but got same auto reply from Amazon.

Kindly help me what is right way to contact Amazon ( POA, Case Open, Call) to ask Amazon for future invoice/Supplier. Kindly help me. I see many people are doing this method and this method even work, but I don’t know how to convince Amazon for this. Kindly help me

thank you for posting into my group. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to authenticity issues and that Amazon did not approve your appeals.

Unfortunately, all decisions as account-specific and Amazon rarely provides the exact reason why your submission was rejected.

May I ask where did you source the merchandise for which you obtained the new invoices?

Invoices must meet the following requirements:

  • Dated within 180 days

  • Include your name and address

  • Include the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor

  • Show the combined purchase of at least 10 units

  • Omit pricing information (optional)

Please note that Amazon may verify your submitted documentation by contacting product vendors you identify in your application.

I purchased inventory from Asian Beauty (Hong Kong) i.e., my main invoice. But Amazon is not accepting it by saying ‘’ We are not able to verify the supplier’'.

Regarding your question: May I ask where did you source the merchandise for which you obtained the new invoices?

Answer is I do not buy any new merchandise till now, reason is that Amazon is asking for invoice. Like there is no option available on seller central for new merchandise invoice.

This was my question, how to contact Amazon so that they allow me to submit new invoice.

This wording basically indicates that they either:

  • Attempted to contact the supplier and verify whether you are their customer, which proved to be unsuccessful.

  • Could not verify the supplier’s legitimacy (social media presence, sufficient information on their website).

  • Generally rejected them, due to their invoices being linked to sale of counterfeit products.

Amazon typically doesn’t accept Chinese invoices and if you are going to sell Korean beauty, source it directly from Korea.

You will need invoices from a new supplier to demonstrate Amazon proper sourcing.

I am seeking help here that, how to convince Amazon so that they agree on future supplier. If I buy directly and show invoices they will say provide us old invoices.

Again my concern is how to convince Amazon for future invoices.

Yes I can try this. Should I buy new products from new supplier?

Can you suggest me some Supplier in U.S whose invoices can be accepted?

Any supplier who has all of their contact and company details displayed on their website and who has a social media presence.
