I changed my number to a new number but the OTP receiving was on the old number…that number is now closed permanently by vyke and they told me that we can’t provide any solution.
I am trying to recover my OTP, i have tried several times to send my ID card or passport which they don’t even response to that…
When you login, you can can press 2 step account recovery and submit ID to get back in. This will only last a couple days and you need to update 2fa with the new number.
If you’ve already done this and its blocked you again, then the option will disappear, bit of a struggle but when it happened to me, I had to ring Amazon as a customer and ask to make a complaint to a manager, then they sent me a link where I could login without the 2fa and reset the number.
