How to access my main account after code of conduct deactivation?

In 24th of Feb, our account was deactivated due to fraudulent activity. We made an appeal, but it was rejected. We then attempted another appeal and tried to convince Amazon for video call verification. However, in our account, the two marketplaces (US & Canada) were converted into individual accounts, while Mexico remained professional. Additionally, all child accesses were removed.

So, please let me know:

  1. Can we get access to our main account?

  2. Should we convert our US account from individual to professional before video call verification?
