How soon after getting into Amazon selling did you hire a VA(s)?

Sellers hire a VA once they start spending too much time on repetitive tasks or once sales are consistent, after hitting around $3k–$5k month, but some do it earlier to scale faster.

Most of the accounts I usually audit are doing under $10K in monthly sales and around $1–2K in profit.

That’s typically the stage where growth starts slowing and systems need improvement.
