How long does it take for a Restricted Product defect to fall off?

I got a restricted product violation. The performance notification said to delete and close the listing.

I deleted and closed it . Does it fall off after a certain time period ?

Anyone been through this recently and does it stay on for 188 days ?

any defects or policy violations will drop off after 180 days from your metrics.
