How is it possible for someone to "place an order" when the item has been INACTIVE for over a week due to no inventory?

We do FBM. Yet the cancellation is going to impact my metrics

This also happens in other big brands, this is an Amazon error. But it also happens to listings uploaded via flat file where it has the column that says available has a number which should not. I suggest you closed the listing to avoid this from happening again.


Yes I’ve had this contact the customer explain and ask them to cancel order job done
