I have been doing double seal( gripper seal) and polybagging. It still leaks by the time it reaches customer. It is for FBA.

I used a plain brown box to protect the items. Did not have problems with damage to the item.

Tape on cap and poly bag are a good idea.

I use a thin bubble wrap around a nozzle & tape and then poly bag for stuff that can leak
