How do you manage the `Product authenticity customer complaints?

Amazon has asked for invoice from the manufacturer.

Does anyone have a template or advice on how this can work in the first go?

Now this is possibly the worst advice I’ve ever seen.

Amazon is not as dumb as you think. They will spot a forged invoice in less than 2 seconds. So, not only would the OP get suspended probably for life, it’s totally illegal.

If you have a receipt from a reputable source, you could try submitting that. Chances are pretty good that they will accept it.

If they are the rights owner / manufacturer, then they can create invoices for themselves for the purposes of establishing a valid supply chain.
