How do you handle WhatsApp inquiries from multiple product listings without getting messy?

I sell on a couple of platforms and also run a small landing page for my products. One thing that keeps confusing me is WhatsApp inquiries.

Each product page has its own WhatsApp link. Some are shared on ads. Some are shared on Instagram. After a point, I lose track of where messages are coming from.

Sometimes buyers message but I do not know which product they clicked from. Sometimes support messages and sales messages mix together. It becomes hard to reply properly, especially when volume increases.

I tried manual labels and different numbers, but that creates more overhead and costs. It is not scalable.

Recently I started testing a branded WhatsApp link setup using wapp.chat, where each link carries context like product name or source page before the chat even starts. It feels cleaner and more organized so far, especially for tracking intent.

I am still experimenting, so I am curious how other sellers manage this.
